General Terms and Conditions of Phönix Hair Trans GmbH.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, consultations, and treatments between Phönix Hair Trans GmbH and the patient.
2. Subject of Contract
The contract covers medical services in the field of hair transplantation. A binding contract is only formed after a personal consultation and the signing of the medical treatment agreement.
3. Appointments & Cancellation
Appointments are binding. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge an appropriate cancellation fee in accordance with § 615 BGB, provided the appointment could not be otherwise filled.
4. Prices & Payment Terms
The prices agreed upon in the treatment contract apply. Payment is due immediately after treatment without deduction. We accept cash and bank transfer (pre-payment).
5. Patient Cooperation
The patient is obliged to provide truthful medical information (pre-existing conditions, allergies) and to strictly follow post-operative care instructions.
6. Disclaimer & Medical Results
Treatment is performed according to current medical standards. As the result of a hair transplant depends on individual biological factors, no specific success or 'growth guarantee' can be given in a legal sense.
7. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Dortmund. If any provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
