Book ConsultationTreatment
Sedation, also known as deep sleep, is a gentle and highly effective method used during hair transplantation to ensure maximum comfort. The patient is placed in a deeply relaxed, sleep-like state while continuing to breathe independently and remaining under constant medical supervision. Anxiety, stress, and pain perception are significantly reduced. Sedation is administered exclusively by experienced anesthesiologists and is ideal for longer procedures or patients who experience nervousness or anxiety.
How does sedation work?
Short-acting medications are administered intravenously to induce a deep state of relaxation. Throughout the entire procedure, an anesthesiologist continuously monitors vital signs such as heart rate, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure. The patient remains pain-free, calm, and usually has little to no memory of the procedure afterward.
Why do we offer sedation?
Maximum comfort · No anxiety or stress · Completely pain-free treatment · Ideal for long procedures · Medically safe · Perfect for sensitive patients.
Who is sedation suitable for?
Sedation is particularly suitable for patients with anxiety about medical procedures, low pain tolerance, strong gag reflexes, or those undergoing lengthy hair transplant sessions. A stable general health condition is required and is evaluated during the pre-treatment medical assessment.
What can I expect during the experience?
Patients sleep or lightly doze throughout the procedure. The treatment is subjectively perceived as much shorter. After waking up, most patients feel relaxed and can leave the clinic after a brief observation period.
